ENZABLOCK

Privacy policy

We process information provided when creating a professional account, submitting a quote, resale or business-partnership request or contacting us, including identity, contact and company details and related communications.

Purposes

Data is used to manage professional accounts, answer commercial or technical enquiries, review quote requests and resale or business-partnership projects, and provide follow-up.

Recipients

Access is limited to AREN SAS and service providers required to operate the service, including hosting and email. Personal data is not sold.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed for the professional relationship and then according to applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by contacting enzablock@enzablock.com.

Cookies and analytics

Non-essential audience measurement is loaded only after consent when enabled.

Legal bases and required fields

Depending on the context, handling enquiries, managing professional accounts and B2B exchanges rely on pre-contractual steps requested by the person or on AREN SAS's legitimate interest in managing professional relationships and follow-up. Fields marked as required are necessary to process the relevant request.

Prospective customer data retention

Data from prospective customers collected through commercial forms is kept for up to three years from collection or the last contact initiated by the person concerned, unless a legal obligation or justified need for longer retention applies.

Service providers and transfers

Data may be processed by service providers required for hosting, email and, when configured and accepted, audience measurement. If processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer safeguards must be implemented by the controller and its service providers.

Campaign measurement and attribution

With your consent, campaign parameters in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) may be retained for the browser session so a contact or partnership enquiry can be attributed to its origin. They are not retained or submitted with forms when consent is refused.

Complaint

After contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you believe your personal-data rights have not been respected.
